Beautiful weather in New Mexico on this New Year’s Eve EVE. I’ll have your forecast through the first week of 2012 tonight on KOB! Uh oh…I’ve been looking at the word “eve” too much…it isn’t making sense as a word anymore! :-)

Closures of interstates and highways are occurring in almost every direction now. Most of I-40 in New Mexico is now closed, as well as portions of I-25 in the south and Highway 550 to the north. Stay home everyone…please!

Tomorrow is the day…our next dose of snow in New Mexico! It seems appropriate that the first full day of winter will really FEEL like winter!
